If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Identity verification through Stripe Identity is required to access and use the Service. You agree to provide accurate government-issued identification and comply with the verification process. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to any user who fails verification or provides false information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or our users.
You retain ownership of all content you post, upload, or otherwise transmit through the Service ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Violation of this zero tolerance policy will result in immediate removal of content and permanent suspension or ejection of the user who provided the offending content. We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours and remove violative content immediately upon identification.

All User Content is subject to automated pre-publication moderation through Azure AI Content Safety. Content that violates our guidelines or these Terms will be automatically rejected and will not be posted. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, monitor, or remove User Content at any time for any reason.
All reported content is reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours. Content that violates our zero tolerance policy will be immediately removed, and the user who posted the content will be permanently suspended or ejected from the platform. We act decisively to remove objectionable content and protect our community.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR ALL USER CONTENT YOU POST, INCLUDING ANY CLAIMS OF DEFAMATION, LIBEL, SLANDER, FALSE LIGHT, INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR OTHER TORTIOUS CONDUCT ARISING FROM YOUR CONTENT.
By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that such content is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you will not post false, defamatory, or libelous statements about any person or entity.
TeaOnMyBoo is an interactive computer service provider under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230). As such, we are not the publisher or speaker of User Content, and we are not liable for any defamation, libel, or other tortious conduct arising from User Content posted by users.
We do not edit, curate, or control User Content before it is posted. Our automated content moderation systems do not constitute editorial control that would alter our status as an interactive computer service provider under Section 230.

If you believe that User Content posted by another user is defamatory, libelous, or contains false information about you, you may report it through the Service or contact us at info@teaonmyboo.com. We will review reports in accordance with our policies and applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where applicable.
However, we are not obligated to remove content based solely on allegations of defamation or libel, and our decision not to remove content does not constitute endorsement or agreement with such content.
If you wish to pursue legal action regarding allegedly defamatory or libelous content, you must obtain a valid court order or subpoena. We will comply with legally valid court orders and subpoenas in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and software, is owned by TeaOnMyBoo and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
"TeaOnMyBoo" and related marks are trademarks of TeaOnMyBoo. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
If you believe that User Content infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to info@teaonmyboo.com. We will process valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you. All fees are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.
All sales are final. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that the Service was used in violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in User Content or for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on such content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TeaOnMyBoo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
